My order got cancelled literally after I paid for it.

Before everything, yes I've already contacted fakku support using their email and their support page. Not a single reply at all yet. Quite disappointing honestly. I'm posting this in hopes that someone on the staff sees it and tell me what is going on.

on Fakku. So immediately set out to buy it. Used my Visa card, everything went smoothly and I saw the amount deducted on my bank statement with VISA-FAKKU log in it. Then minutes later I received an email saying my order is cancelled due to "unforeseen circumstance". That's quite vague. My money was literally got taken for nothing. In addition the order looks pretty odd in my store profile page:



and when I click the order # it says it's cancelled
