if you get a rep point will it show up on posts that you made before you got the point?

I figured there'd be a cooldown time to stop people from abusing the rep system by making a bunch of accounts or something but I was wondering why the + - rep things were still missing from my screen.

Nope. I just felt the need to drop the rep of some begging n00b leech. This was around 10 or something last night though so I doubt that it's any sort of problem.
