well yeah. i got this idea from IB and from friend host sites (Myspace etc.)
on your profile page you can add one song from a source and then let others enjoy your music if they wish too.
yes i know it will be a hassle and whatnot (especially more work for Jacob) but it is just a 'suggestion'. xD

I would love to do things like this on the profile pages. In fact I would love for the entire profile system to be completely redone. I just haven't had the time to get started :(

As long as it doesn't completely slow down the server i wouldn't mind, but i can't say i would care either seeing as i never ever visit's someone's profile page.

It would definitely make the profiles page a lot more interesting, but if everyone were to add a song of their choice, then it would require incredible resources on the part of Fakku, or so I think.

There isn't much incentive to visit profiles, though.
Adding a remotely hosted song or something is nice, but it kind of rings out "Gimmick" to me. It's the kind of thing that you visit once or twice a week to listen to a particular song someone has up.
And, what is there to add to the profile section, anyway? We have all the necessary info there already (Member since, Post count, forum rank, Images, and favorites.) The only things I can imagine being added would be useless things, like location, age, gender, and whatever.

On other forums I've seen, people can design their profiles like it's their MySpace, with their own background and a friends list and comments from their friends, etc. It wouldn't be too bad to have that sort of thing on FAKKY, but I wouldn't wish the job on anybody.
