I'm guessing by "Horny slut" you want a tag that specifies a character that craves sex and doesn't care who she has it with?
That would be called "nymphomania", or hypersexuality.
The problem is, we already have tags with similar elements.
See:
ahego, cheating, group, harem, housewife, hentai, lingerie (possibly), creampies and netorare and netori.
And as far as I know we don't get many manga uploaded with characters like that.

History/historical wouldn't be easy to tag and not really a big amount of historical works out there. The tag doesn't seem appealing, but it's just a personal opinion.
The last two may be encoroprated in other possible tag ideas

Taking an example out of my own favourites on the site, The Desire For Your Eyes is a wonderful series about a mild BDSM relationship (sans bondage) where the sex is consensual, and the lovers switch between dominant and submissive roles. It's probably the sexiest hentai I've seen yet for those reasons.
- Condom - a precious rarity I'd follow like a true stalker while there are others who want to block it
- Consensual - another rarity where no one is coerced into sex/attacked despite saying "no" to the activity. Consent in this case has nothing to do with if someone is wet, hard or "lewd looking".
- BDSM - we kind of sorta have some it in the bondage and femdom tags, but for someone who get off on actual BDSM porn, "proactive female" really is VERY far from "dominatrix" (which is what I expect from the word femdom outside of fakkku), and femdom neglects BDSM yaoi and hentai where the female is strictly submissive. Bondage is a part of BDSM, but in the same way "childhood friends" is a part of vanilla - you don't get all the vanilla by searching on childhood friends and not all childhood friends are vanilla.
- I've brought this up before somewhere else but two or three cock tags corresponding to our three boob tags (pettanko, oppai, bakunyuu) would be really nice.
