Any chance you would do ecchi manga also? I would like to see some of the older stuff by Wani Books to be translated in English. I would really like to see is Amaenaideyo! and Fight Ippatsu! Juuden-chan!! I know it not hentai as it is defined in English but it is perverted like what it means in Japanese. I figured with your connections with Wani Books you could do it, even if it is digital only.

Pretty sure the rights are still held by Seven Seas, not sure they'll want to have Fakku holding the rights to it if they don't want the serie to be licensed.

A french equivalent (Taifu), who licenses pretty much anything, uses a collection called Ototo with separate markings and logos for their non sexual content.

At one point, Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga for North American distribution under the title "Nymphet". However, controversies surrounding the manga's content led to the cancellation of the project.
