Why was the first 18 chapters of ring x mama changed to not be avaliable? It was earlier today but now it says not avaliable in your country. If it was on purpose, why wasn't the whole thing blocked?

I had no idea until I saw this thread. My guess is that RingxMama has been/is being localized. It's a shame since I never got around to reading it. Of course if I really wanted to read it I could just use the other million-something sites that do have it.
