i got a notification on my account saying my post got quoted but when i check it, its not my post, it was someone else post, and the thread page was 55/54? (art section> fakku daily sketch thread)

What matters is that they clicked quote on your post and then put other stuff in.
The 55/54 thing comes from server issues where there are enough posts for a new page but it doesn't quite do things right. Another post usually fixes that.
