Notifications; thread subscriptions?

The notifications on quotes, thread replies etc are great, except that some of us made the mistake of opening up spamthreads in IB - trying to use the 'thread reply' function ends up like opening a spam mail account. I think it'd be awesome as hell if that option would open up further choices, like what thread to notify for. Like a 'subscribe to this thread' feature, instead. Alternatively, the choice of filtering out IB threads, haha.
