Order complete but cannot read the purchased book

I'm new here so there are some confusion. I have purchased a book from the store via PayPal. My paypal account has a different email account compared to the one I used to create the fakku account. Paypal told me the order has been completed,I was also billed from my credit card the exact amount of money but when I log in to read the book it still tells me to purchase the book.Appreciate any help

Send an email to store@fakku.net including your Order ID number from the email you received from FAKKU and we should be able to sort it out.

I am having a somewhat similar problem. I purchased the Bosshi book and I received confirmation of my purchase and all that but when I click on it to read online the page it loads is entirely blank. Not really sure why. All of the free doujinshi still work fine.

I'm having the same problem. I purchased two books and can't view either of them. Very very annoying to purchase something being told you would have instant access and then fail to deliver. I've emailed the store, hopefully it will be sorted out quickly.

I guess there might be a problem with the three new books order pages or something.
