Order Paid but not Shipped?

Hello,
It's been about 7 days now since I've placed an order with Priority Shipping. I have received packages from previous purchases here at Fakku before but I was just a bit concerned and tried to use Support Contact through email a couple of days ago. I haven't received any response yet so my concerns grow. Should I be patient or is there another way to reach out to Support?
Again, I'm trying to be respectable here and my account isn't really crazy with posts/reviews or a big part of the forum community. I'm just more of a shopper so I really do hope that my worries can be laid to rest.

Was there a preorder book in your order by chance? That will hold up the entire order until it releases.

Your library only have the two box sets and the digital only Girls in Bloom by Maruta.

If it is saitom Box, two months ago the ETA was mid April. Given the current global shipping status (from the printer to the US), I don't know if that information is up to date or not. Like GIRL's SHOCK is pushed back to May.

I see thank you for all your replies! I don't believe my order was a preorder, and I did get my digital copy of the Saitom Box. I checked the twitter posts but I didn't see anything about the Saitom Box, but I probably should've checked the forums for notifications and updates since I just saw the ETA announcement. I will do well to remember everything discussed here, again many thanks and have a great day!
