A while back I order a number of paperback books and other merchandise. I got the conformation email yet no items have arrived. I have a simple question, do all my purchased items have to be available for shipping to be shipped together? I preordered some and was curious if this isn't the reason the ones available haven't been shipped?

Yes, we ship all the items together, so your order will ship once all the items become available.
edit: if you really want the items that are available to be shipped, you can ask. I think you'd have to pay two shipping fees though, I'm not quite sure.
