Password recovery disabled for how long?

I was just on my main account, and because I'd had the account loggd in for so long I didn't need to remember my password. I checked my settings and realised I had the option to change my password, so I tried to change it and when I couldn't remember it, I got tempted to click "Logout" and use Password recovery, so I did, only to find that password recovery is disabled.
So I'm asking how long it's going to be down for?

I was lucky on this one. I deleted off firefox and forgot it, but I had imported in on Chrome. Keep a record of your passwords somewhere safe, it will help if you forget them.
