PayPal vs Bank Account

If you buy something from the store using PayPal does it show up as Fakku or PAYPAL INST XFER? I know using your credit card shows up as Fakku, but I'm not sure if it will do that if you use PayPal. I'm buying something as a gift for someone I share a bank account with, so I want them to be surprised.

Mine say PAYPAL INST XFER but i only use my transfer fund from bank and not my debt card.
