[Locked] Poll where you can select multiple choices (old one)

This just came across my mind while making a poll question about your favorite anime that's currently airing. Thought that option of adding a poll where you can select multiple choices would be nice feature to it, rather than restricting to only 1 choice per user (as some may want to check more than 1)

Seeing as the "Isao" page on Fakku has more doujins than the "Majimeya" one, I've went ahead and edited them all into that page. However, this does bring up the issue of tagging a doujin/manga with the circle name instead of the proper artist.

Can't do anything about mistags and I want to add it's not always clear who translated/drew a piece.
