Pop- ups
0
I know that fakkus main income is dependant on advertising for profit but I'm a little concerned about the pop ups that have been occuring everytime I visit this site. Just 2 weeks ago, I was reading online one of the manga's and all of a sudden a popup came as soon as I went to the next page. By the time I closed it, it managed to upload a nasty bug into my computer. My computer was so messed up that I actually had to erase the drive. Although I did not lose anything too important, I am a little afraid to read online on fakku again because I keep on getting pop ups and they don't seem to stop even with my pop-up blocker. Is there any chance you could get them to stop?

[color=#2e1a6b]I think these pop-ups are handled very well. I tip my hat to you Jacob
- They appear in a window behind the active window, not in front
- They don't make noise
- They don't appear while your in the middle of fapping

The site can't live without advertisement, so things related to that likely won't change.
However an advertiser acting as a virus/trojan vector is another thing altogether. Please send a log of what the infection was (and any other logs of your anti-virus software on what object caused the infection) to Jacob as this is *exactly* the kind of issue we want to avoid subjecting our users to.

I remeber someone mentioning the pop under ads in another thread* not long ago. i don't remember hearing from 'the man' if they were meant to be there or not. if they are giving viruses, i'm guessing they are not, and wondering why they've been there for so long...
*i think it was a derail from a semi-related original topic, but i can't remember the original title
