Post Count doesn't seem to be going up.

I was looking to enter into this Renai Sample giveaway, but saw that my posts weren't tallying up. According to my profile, I've had about 20 posts. Not a big deal or anything, but if its a bug then it oughta be reported.

Not broken, certain sections do not apply to your forum post count such as IB, CTFG, fakku books section. When you look at your post counts on your profile the one to the left is a general forum post count and the other one in ( ) is the total post count you have for the entire forums.

If you were to look at mine I have a little over 1,000 for the forums without certain sections and probably more then 3,000-4,000 for areas such as CTFG.

The 15 post requirement must come from the left side number count not the right. The reason the left number is usually used is because certain sections are more heavily spammed sections vs general areas of the forums.

Are you still confused or just just making a generalized statement?

If you go to IB, there is a stickied thread called About Incoherent Babbling that has one sentence: "Topics and replies created in this section of the forum and its subforums do not increase a user's post count." If you're an intuitive person and know you've posted in IB before, hopefully you can put 2 and 2 together.

If you lurk around enough and read the stickied rules in certain sections you'll see which sections bump your post count up and which don't. You'll get the hang of it in due time.
