Hi there, I would like a brrief but detailed guide on HOW TO UPLOAD PREVIEWS on the USER UPLOADS section. I want to post a preview of what I am uploading so everybody can get an idea of it's quality. THANX!!

You mean images? Try uploading preview images to http://www.imagefap.com/

and embedding the image using [img] tags.
