Problem with notification settings

Ever since the new setting for "Popular right now" was added, I've received notifications for topic replies despite having these turned off in the settings.

And I had the same problem with basically everything else.

Same.

I also just not get notified when people quote me or up/downvote my posts, but then other times I do.
