Propper ZIP/RAR naming

The reason why is simple...
I generally change all my cartoon/manga/doujins archives to CBZ/CBR files now I need to rename the entire file instead of just the extension.

Comic Book Archive files have incompatibilities with the [FAKKU] at the front? Tough doggie biscuits. 'Company policy'.

You'll have to explain what is wrong with the current naming convention.
But sorry, we won't be changing it.

Since CBZ/CBR files are just renamed ZIP/RAR files, any name that works for ZIPs and RARs should be fine for CBZs and CBRs as well. The only thing I can think of that could possibly be a problem is if you're using a crappy CBZ/CBR viewer, and it's still hard to believe that any viewer would have trouble with filenames that work fine with ZIPs and RARs. It's not like Fakku's files use any nonstandard characters.
Now, if you're complaining about how the ZIP/RAR contains a folder which in turn contains the image files, rather than just containing the image files directly, too bad. It's a whole lot more convenient for the person zipping the doujins in the first place.
