Purchases not showing as purchases

Hey, so I made a purchase about an hour ago, and I did not receive a confirmation email, so I made the purchase again and still haven't received anything. The most recent purchase was #533095, previous purchase I don't have a confirmation number. Usually I can find what I bought and read it even if it was not in my library, but this bug hasn't even registered that I made a purchase. Any help available?
