Question about Fakku Originals

I'm curious about the potential of Fakku Originals. Do you personally commission each manga? Is there any restriction to what artist can work on an original? Would it be possible to create a chapter in a genre the artist doesn't generally work with? For example, I think Ikuhana Niro's brand of vanilla would be a perfect fit for yuri.
