Request: Difference between loli and pettanko

I would like to request that there be a separate tag for loli and pettanko. They ARE different and should be tagged as such. Loli is anyone appearing to be younger than about 15 or 16, somewhere around there. It's pretty obvious when you see it. Pettanko is some above this age who is underdeveloped. This has been bugging me for a while now, since we have been having a surge of loli uploads and, being a subscriber to pettanko(see title next to username), have been getting alerts for pettanko when they are really loli. Don't get me wrong, I don't dislike loli, it's just that I enjoy pettanko so much more. I know there are people that have posted in comments of several doujinshi about this, but I felt like it needed to be brought up here.

Suggested like twenty times already and... yeah, I agree, pettanko and loli are different and should be tagged different.

Ya, I know now. Wanted to make a personal request. Much butthurt about it.

I guess it enters in that gray area of "because it involves coding - to auto filter from main page only -, don't expect anything too soon nor loud clarifications or anything, enjoy anyway as it's allowed". Though I don't see what differences does the auto-filtering (on main page only) with laws to start with as everyone will click a loli manga soon or later (and that's actually happening indifferently of how you tag it, so I don't see why delay the tag even more), but whatever. Thanks for pointing his clarification (were about to checking the topic again tomorrow, lol) and to Jacob himself for doing so~

Anyways, loli encompasses a bit of a younger age range; usually 12 or younger but usually nothing below 9 of age. Some older women in there teens can be considered loli, but it honestly depends. Anyone past 16 doesn't fit the bill.

Lol I figured and it's cool, I'm just going to copy and paste it in the loli threads to get the word out and stop the loli panic. Even I agree with everyone on the loli stuff and in time things will be all good on here.

Chibi = Loli
Semi-Chibi = Loli if infantile, Pettanko if mature.
Non-Chibi = Pettanko.

Chibi = Looking like most puberty has not passed yet.
Semi-Chibi = Looking like finishing puberty.
Non-Chibi = Looking clearly teen or adult.

Infantile & Mature = Appearance x Personality

If certain character is clearly not a minor in their original serie, but is portrayed chibi anyway it is loli, and if portrayed semi-chibi, most likely pettanko unless personality and appearance were further made more infantile.
