Site suggestion Free Content (read first before judging plz)

First of all, let me make it clear that I do not mind the paid subscription of Fakku(even though I am not currently a subscriber nor do I plan on becoming one), BUT I do believe that Fakku needs more free content of some sort. Before you call me out on being a dirty cheapskate, please read my suggestion/argument.
I know that Fakku wants to support artists and get legal releases, but to a few older users and many new users(and potential subscribers) a paid subscription is a really iffy subject to touch upon. On one hand you have Fakku, a paid subscription site that might or might not be worth the money spent and on the other hand, there are many other sites that offer free content(both legally and illegally) which are found quiet easily through google and other search engines.
The solution? Add free content to attract new and old users as somewhat of a preview to what the site has in store. Fakku could take some old releases/subscriptions and make them free temporarily and let users view them for a small amount of time. By this I do not mean for Fakku to release all the old subscriptions, but maybe choose one or two and let them be free for a month, then switch them out with one or two different one and cycle between every so often.
This way you give both old and new users a way to sample the subscription and entice them to get a paid subscription to unlock all the new stuff. As the site stands right now, there is no real incentive for new users to get a paid subscription other than to support an artist they actually like.
If you've read all this then thank you for reading. Again this is only a suggestion so you do not have to take it too seriously at all, so please do try to go easy on me.

Other Sub-Suggestions
- Bring back or add a "Games" tab again. I would love to see an officially supported game(visual novel/Eroge/Etc)
- Allow user or paid subscribers to customize their default fakku background(maybe just like being able to choose the color of the background from a list of available colors to make it more pleasing to the eyes for some people)
- A friends list of some sort so that we can keep in contact with some of the users in these forum without getting too personal (such as adding each other on social media and the sort)

It's a given that people like free stuff and most people came to this site to view h-manga without charge. FAKKU hasn't forgotten, and it's been said multiple times that they will try to explore a free option when the time is right. But to be clear, this is a tricky thing to approach. Asking any company to offer their work for "free" is never an easy thing to consider. Some stuff to think about:
1. How much revenue will be affected, how much content can be released to the public?
2. If advertising is used to generate revenue from non-subscribers, how many of those people use ad blocking software?
3. How to provide free content in a way such that loyal customers don't feel cheated.
It's a tricky balancing game that they have to get right the first time.
As for your other suggestions, I think the team is pretty busy doing what they're doing now and I would prefer that they stuck to manga. Even anime wouldn't be on the table for me. I love eroge but doing manga right is definitely the most important to me.
Changing the theme might be pretty cool, and possibly trivial with just some color changes. I wouldn't mind that.
As for the friend list idea... Well I'm sure some users would love that but I have to wonder how many people would actually use it. I suspect that only a small handful of regulars here actually keep up with each other. I don't know if developing that could be justified, guess it depends on the demand/statistics.

There's also the fact that people generally come to Fakku to fap. Any form of free content which is like, two chapters for a month means nothing to the users who feel disgruntled after losing all their porn. It will in no way produce incentive or satisfaction to those users beyond just seeing what the uncensored stuff is like. They aren't coming back to read the same chapter for a month.
Simply put, there is no possible way to satisfy the non-subscribed viewers. Fakku lost pretty much one hundred percent of their content and have been building a new library from scratch. There just isn't enough.
Users that don't pay for Fakku have moved on already. The rage topics have stopped, the admins and mods aren't getting PM'd to death, and those users are pretty much gone forever.
Free content on Fakku is never going to work unless a significant amount of content is there for a free user to read. This simply can't happen for the sake of Fakku's publishing deals.
Fakku made a choice, and lost thousands of readers forever. Any free content method they patch together is simply to attempt to save face (which they don't have to).

The problem with free content here is that there are easily dozens of sites that already provide hundreds of free content already. There is no way for the Fakku translation team to compete with that unless they outsource and even then they will be far behind of everyone else in that regard. Also the big differentiation is that what Fakku provides is uncensored hentai with deals from the Japanese companies and would need to share the profits with those free comics.
Even if they manage that they will need to fight to get everyone back to using the site as a free user.
However I can see an occasional free thing once in a while but not dedicated free content.
