My suggestion is that fakku should have a store credit system since their return policy for pre-orders is extreme.

They have got gift cards, so in theory all it'd need is to use the gift card thing, and load it with the refund amount

Then I don't think it would be that hard to make store credit possible! I tried to refund a game that hasn't come out yet and I was initially denied a refund since I passed the date for the refund policy. I was angry and when I found out and then became even more angry when they announced that the game was being delayed. I started complaining on the forum and fakku gave me a refund via a coupon. I used the coupon once for a $5 doujin and the coupon expired since it was only intended to work once. I should have known a coupon would only work once but for some reason I thought it would work like store credit...if I wanted to use the full amount on the coupon I would have had to overspend. I was fortunate that fakku support decided to give me another coupon with the remaining money...Hence the reason why I suggest there should be a in-store credit system just in case something like this happens again.
(I don't know why people are down voting my suggestion but okay lol)

Yeah, store credit would definitely save that use. Though, so would using a gift card instead of a coupon, cause then in theory you can use the remaining balance.
Though in theory, you should be able to use a coupon to its full amount.
But yeah, either way a store credit is a good idea. Means you can get a refund directly into the store credit, spend it on something else, maybe have some left over and use it towards something else as well.
Vs fucking around with coupons that only work once for some reason, and needing to create another one, or messing around with gift cards, which it's possible may or may not be the same thing as the coupons
