Stuff are not loading... 00/00 page.

I already made a ticket however it's been 3 days and no response. I'm frankly very unhappy. I'm thinking about making a chargeback on my card because I can't view any of the unlimited releases. It used to work for a few days but now it stopped like last Saturday. I made the ticket Sunday.
Whenever I open something I get a blank page with the UI having 00/00.

at first i was skeptical cuz i thought it was on my end then i realized when im at any other places or houses or wifis the website is still slow so im quite frustrated please fakku fix this soon i love you bro

I checked on my friend's sub and it works normally but individual problems on certain accounts can happen I mean there's a lot of people and sometimes the code don't work. but then again if this happens to Amazon audible Netflix Crunchyroll emanga Kindle Hulu my bank the US government that hasn't sent my tax return check even though I have a tax returner's receipt in verification that they turned it in Etc then you can't really say about fakku having some freak accidents of code on certain users every once in awhile .
I mean this has happened on books a couple times but it gets fixed the day after. So if Microsoft one of the biggest corporations in the world can screw up some code and make me look like my account is from Saudi Arabia then you can't really fault Jacob when sometimes code and settings don't mest

but it gets fixed the day after.the whole point is that it only takes a day when someone's there - obviously. during holidays this crap is left unattended for weeks. and they don't do ANY fixing anyway. they're just putting on band aids until the site starts bleeding elsewhere a few days later (in the same areas that were previously patched up). we literally get the same crappy errors/malfunctions for YEARS now (don't remember if they switched to the current design in 2020 or 2021):
- reader not loading at all
- specific single pages within a chapter timing out or taking literally minutes to load
- accessing single chapters of purchased books sometimes doesn't work and it throws you at the start of the book
- then if it does work, it starts in the middle of the chapter and not on page 1
- your browser cache gets forcefully deleted, meaning if you didn't get a joke or want to reread a previous page or two for whatever reason, you have to load the page AGAIN
- or, even worse, the reader craps out completely and you have to return to the main page and access the chapter again.
and that's just all the bullshit with the reader i remember off the top of my head. there may be even more.
anyway, sorry for the long rant, but when i see a paid shill (or whatever other incentives fakku may have given you) going on about how everything's fine and dandy, i just lose it.

STILL not even an answer from support?! that's wild! they constantly have issues with the site ever since they changed the design ~ 3 years ago, but even support completely ignoring stuff is ridiculous. if you live in the us, you could maybe try legal action, but that's probably way too pricey for 15 bucks.

Update: Following up on this, if the email on your account was not validated, you were not able to read past the free preview.
This has been fixed! I'll email all impacted users later tonight.

We had an issue with our support the past two weeks we are in the process of resolving (and working through backlog).

That doesn't sound like my issue and as far as I know my email has been validated.
I also was able to view the unlimited stuff for a few days before everything went 00/00.
Also yeah other than the fakku auto support email saying wait 3 business days for someone to contact you.
