Hi, I am having a similar problem I have a visa gift card with a substantial amount for the subscription onot he card. All my information is correct but when I press ok it keeps telling my payment was declined, any help?

In my case I get "The configuration with processor is invalid. Call Merchant Service Provider."
So as I understand payment process is blocked on my bank's end and I should call them? (...cunts for giving me useless card.)

I used a Vanilla Card with $100 on it when I first subscribed and it worked fine, but I was using it for a couple things and it was eventually depleted so I went to use a $25 card I laying around and haven't been able to get it too work, it keeps on getting refused. I'm wondering if it has to do with the amount on the card?
