Subscription Problem

So my subscription ran out march 2 and i was trying to resubscribe i pressed the subcribe now button pressed continue was brought to step 2 and pressed continue again then it said There was a problem you already have a subscription to FAKKU. I thought at first that it was just an error for this day so i tried it and the next day and got the same results tried it the day after and still same. Is there a solution to this?
