[Locked] Subscription Problem

Payment for your FAKKU Subscription has failed to process. Your payment method was declined.

And now i cant subscribe

It's possible you need to allow for you card to make online purchases (even if you've bought other things online in the past). It only took me a few minutes to do this through my internet bank, but you might have to contact your bank through phone/mail if you don't have this option.

I have check and the option of online payment is allow, so that is not the problem, and every time I try to subscribe i receive the message this payment is not allowed

Then you should make a ticket. That's the best way to get in touch with someone who can help.

I had make a ticket and in 48 hours i havent received and answer yet

Just wanted to followup and make sure you ended up getting support yesterday, on the weekends we don't usually reply to emails as quickly as during the week. I see that you have a subscription now, are you all set?
