Would it be possible to implement a number system, like what other hentai sites have?
Some of us are University students whose internet activities are logged by the URL and having some of the titles show up in the URL may seem undesirable or suspect.
I feel like having a "numbers" system would help.

Fakku.net would still be there giving away you're on a porn site. The https connection should prevent third parties from reading the rest of the url so:

SSL encryption only works for the content of a specific web page.
The actual URL, though, remains visible to those with access to your network.

I mean if the URLs is actively logged then the title of the content is probably the least of your concern.
If you don't want people to find out what website you are viewing use a paid VPN service.

I do use a VPN, but the problem with that is that many VPNs are blocked by Fakku.
