It would be great if the tags had a ♀ or ♂ symbol after them. Some tags can be affiliated to either gender like Bondage, Cheating, Forced, Harem & Netorare.
The gender of the person would determine if the tag is placed in the female or male namespace.
Personally I'm into Forced ♂ but not Forced ♀ .

But it might also cause quite the explosion of tags as quite a few of them are suddenly doubled.
Usually, I just look at the other tags. E.g. the presence/absence of a femdom tag is a pretty good indication if the bondage tag applies to the girl or boy.

I'm trying to understand were your coming from but cant seem to. How would more tags be a bad thing?

Well, endlessly adding tags has a cost; as the tag list grows, there's less chance all applicable tags are tagged on each doujin, making them less reliable. Discoverability of tags also goes down when there is so many you can't be expected to read through a list of them. And lets not forget the mountain of work that lies in going back and adding genders to the tags of the entire Fakku catalog.
I've visited a site where they not only had genders associated with every tag, but also tags for characters, series and a high level of detail in things like fetishes, appearance, traits and what have you. And while it seems awesome on paper that I can do a search for "catgirl with wings and maid outfit that gives fellatio", in practice it'd filter out most or all of the works I could be interested in because tags just aren't consistently applied to that level of detail when there is so many.
I think Fakku is perhaps on the low side of the sweet spot for tags, but while it would be helpful if I could follow "♀ / Bondage" and at the same time block "♂ / Bondage", I wouldn't want it if I couldn't be reasonably sure everything was reliably tagged with this level of detail.

I think separating the tags by gender is also a very good idea but unfortunately I also think it wouldn't be able to be implemented right away. It would probably require big changes to the coding of the current tagging system and search function and couldn't just be done overnight.
