It's been a long while since the definitions of the tags were removed; there's also the function of accessing the work of the tag cover through clicking the image. I found these two functions helpful and was thinking if it can be put back if possible.
In addition to that, I think that Fakku has already been long late in optimizing the tags section. Almost all other sites, hentai or not, allow users to view tags by popularity, views, etc. and that is undeniably an useful function that grants users access to contents which they wish to discover.
What do you guys think?

These functions probably won't be implemented until Fakku has finished their transition to a fully legal site. Right now they're removing unlicensed content to make way for the new, uncensored, licensed content. It's why the tags are all effed up right now. Some tags like loli, incest, and forced have no content so they're hidden until they get new content.
