Tags won't pull down from Manga or any of them

Yeah I can click on tags when I click on them from below the description when reading a manga. But when I click on the arrows to bring down the tags they don't come down. Anybody else having this issue?

Okay you know the heading where it says Manga, Doujinshi, Games, Videos, etc. And the arrow pointing down that brings out the tags. Well the arrow wont pull down the tags.

Yes and do you see the arrows next them, the one that pulls down the tags and other stuff. When I click on the arrow it nothing comes down

Yess!!!! that it won't let me do that. Can you tell me why? I have a brand new laptop so it should be fine

Have you tried using another browser? What do you use?

Google Chrome and I tried internet explorer and it worked then.Weird

Maybe Javascript is disabled?

I just tried it on Chrome and it works fine for me.
