I've been working to resolve all of these issues, for now you can try clearing your browser cache and see if that works.

If I may, what caused all these issues? What exactly did you try to change?

The Kuroko image still shows whenever I go to these pages.

Refreshing the page makes it go away, but having to refresh every time is annoying.

edit: Clearing cache and deleting cookies does nothing. Also that notification bug is still there..

I've cleared my cache and still can't report posts. Though clearing the cache did reduce the frequency of Maintenance pages causing me to double or even triple post.
