When is the 2nd edition of Renai Sample downloadable?

I know Jacob posted this before, but I can't find it.

Titikei download links were actually available on 7/30/2015, and Love-Ridden was available on 6/15/2015 because of an issue preventing it from being released the day earlier. Sorry, I just noticed that, and I don't want to be micro-managing everything.

The files in x3200 zip downloaded yesterday clearly state they were last modified on April 17, though.

I'll look into this, maybe the downloads weren't updated. The online reader has the second edition though for comparison

It's all good. You might need to refer to the note I made about the releases of Titikei and Love-Ridden. Titikei was uploaded on July 9th, but download links were made available on July 30th. Love-Ridden was supposed to be released on June 14, but was instead made available for download on June 15. I don't mean to micro-manage, but I want to help you out.

So what's the difference between the first and the second edition?

Honestly, a lot. We reworked a lot of the dialogue, improved the quality of the digital edition, and even fixed up some translation mistakes. Since it was our first book we learned a lot between the 1st and 2nd edition.

Are you going to do any 2nd editions of any of the other books?

Probably not on this scale, at least not when it comes up updating the dialogue. Most of the major changes were in place already when we released our second book, based on the experience we had gained from publishing the first one, as well as the community feedback. Since then, it's mainly been smaller stylistic changes going from one book to another, so there's less motivation to set aside time to more-or-less redo an entire book again.

That said, we'd use the most up-to-date version with corrections when we need to reprint a title, but I imagine that would be more of a version 1.1 rather than a 2.0.

is their going to be an updated physical copy, or is this going to strictly be digital? i imagine that first editions will sell out at some point and you will begin sending out second editions from then on.

this thread came about because Jacob said there is going to a be a 2nd edition and the digital version will be changed to the 2nd version while the printed version will need to be bought

Any idea when the 2nd printed version will be available for purchase?
