I've been getting this ever since this morning. Anyone else plagued by this?

Apparently the database (mysql) doesn't have the parameters to support the site with too many members/guests on it - becomes an overload on memory, at least from what I can understand from the error message jargon.

The server did crash this morning. And I'm not sure how long it was down, RaiArashi sent me a text message letting me know but I wasn't able to fix it for a few hours.
That being said the current server is reaching its limits. You will notice FAKKU going really slow when there are more than 1,200 users online. The average is about 1,000 users online at once.
Basically we will need a new server very very soon. x_x

Does the problem where nothing gets updated (as in i've looked through a thread but it still shows that there's unread posts in it) come from the server being overloaded too?

This is turning into a very problematic situation. It's a catch-22, a double-edged sword if you may. Though it's nice that Fakku's getting this much publicity, all these new members who just create their accounts specifically to access the user uploads and or MOTEMOTE it also harms Fakku itself with it's rapid influx of new users which in turn causes problems for us older regular users by somehow converging to all be online at once. I've seen the number total of most users online at 1481, with potential to increase exponentially. Though I do not necessarily peg it a bad thing, I pray the server doesn't crash, malfunction or short circuit. T.T
