Haha, dang that video was hilarious! XD As expected of LOLICOM, the guy dubbing it. And the female voice is is cousin/sister. He really is hilarious... and talented as well. He made an epic commentary on School Days (though it's now been deleted from niconico douga) which actually got me to re-watch the anime. :3
