That would be great for those who attend the conventions. Another thing though, Can't there be a discount for longer subscribers? A 3 months plan, 6 months plan and a yearly plan. The longer they subscribe the cheaper the subscription will be.

Well I guess fakku is all pay now, I have really enjoyed the past few years of being a member of fakku, But I regretfully I'll be ending my time here due to the reason stated above and I wish you luck on any future endeavors.

Hey I haven't been on in a while but it looks like I now can't view anything unless I pay. I know you guys do need money to run a website like this but I liked this site because its content was free I completely understand why it has become paid and I'm not to upset. So my question is will there ever be any free content again? If not I'm sorry but I won't be coming here anymore, and again I totally understand the making a subscription thing.

Well, that's a relief.
In the meantime, I'll probably be doing something like "subscribe for 1, break for 1", assuming I can get the money together.
Otherwise, it'll be back to figuring out which sites have the best scanlations again...

I always liked this site and the fact that it was totally free, in fact to support it i always made sure to display all the publicity of the site, now that you need to pay for everything i will probably abandon this site forever and even if in the future there will be free content I imagine there will be few of that, I understand the factor of subcrition but for people like me $ 12.95 is too much to pay each month or even one month.

Wow. What a way to bring in 2016. By making everyone have to pay. I liked the fact we didn't have to pay for the majority. Now i need to find another site unless this bullshit is sorted soon.

They could have done things differently in my opinion, leave the site free with advertising and books to buy and with the Subscription option that removed advertising and that give you the possibility to read exclusive manga that you can't read if you are a "free", but they decided like this and i think they will lose a lot of members and views and if they put again something free it will be too late and probably not worth it.

so there will less manga from now on and they will not be displayed unless there are agreements with those partners, right?
anyway my main problem is that i can't pay monthly the money for the Subscription as a student that doesn't work and i love this site but i don't think i can afford it unless 2/3 years pass.

Agreed, the sudden removal of free content could have been announced on the front page, either before it happened or right when it happened.
I agree with the idea of being a Subscriber removing ads, censors, getting exclusive manga and the like, much like the very successful Crunchyroll and AnimeLab sites. Not saying I wouldn't pay for hentai EVER (as I have bought three books on here) but having access to free content when money is tight would be wonderful.

There could be alternative ways to earn a subscription. Include a survey service perhaps? The ones you see online in which the user gets paid for answering a survey but instead of the user getting the money for the survey they get a subscription in exchange. Although this offer would most likely be only applicable in the US and Canada since those are the countries which have the most survey offers.
Another alternative would be to offer cheaper subscription plans. Instead of only consisting of one plan for $12.95 per month. It could be 35$ for 3 months, 65$ for 6 months and 120$ for an annual plan. More users can find those offers more attracting since it is cheaper in the long run.
