Guys I think we should just leave Jacob alone. He already feels bad about the screw up and is already working hard to try and fix it. That banner doesn't even makes things any better for him I believe because basically every time he logs on, he just ridiculed himself right off the bat. I mean if I logged on and the first thing I see is the banner I would feel like shit. Let's cut him some slack and let him resolve this.
