I like the 2 brackets, althought I wonder what's new and old.
I do think it makes sense to do it this way, as nostalgia is everlasting but perhaps not as strong as a newfound passion.

Everyone seem excited about the new, upcoming MoteMote battles. With both old and new characters being introduced, things will definitely be more interesting than Fakku's first major voting contest. :)
