Quality Control

This Friday (two days from now) is Anime Next in New Jersey. I will be attending Friday mainly to drop off some Hen-Tie/FAKKU! shirts at one of the booths in the dealers room. After I do that I will probably walk around the convention for a little while before taking off. So if you're going to be there keep an eye out for me.
Also next week myself and Artystic will be at PortCon in Maine. We will have a table in the Artists Alley with Hen-Tie and FAKKU! shirts. So if you are going to that, or you live in Maine, stop by.
I have added a lot of "quality control" features to the forums. Each forum now has it's own minimum post requirement. For example Serious Discussion has a minimum of 24 and Incoherent Babbling has a minimum of 3. I will be changing these minimums over the next few weeks while I watch how things go.
I have also added a few "checks" on all posts. Outside of Incoherent Babbling you can no longer make one word posts or posts that are entirely in uppercase. There are a few other functions that check for proper grammar and punctuation. But the point is, if you are already a good poster you won't notice these changes.
Also Klown has become the first moderator of the User Upload Visual Novels, Doujin Soft, and Eroge forum. He certainly deserves it as he has posted a total of 287 topics in the forum accounting for 35% of the total topics in that section. So be sure to congratulate him on the forums. And while you're at it you should thank all of our fine staff.

Also those post requirement changes seem like a nice idea since now people have to actually insert some more text to post and also can't enter sections as they please.

Man, I still want a hen-tie shirt. Wonder if it still in sale. God the +rep thread is haunting me(never should of done that). Nice features added. Love to see better quality writing. I think lolol17 is going to get pissed with the all caps thing.

I got a question, what is to become of the nosebleed sub-section? Lots of times we just post a pic and that's it. So does that mean that we have to post something else too?

You need a minimum of three words to post, that shouldn't really be a problem. 'Here is a picture' comes to mind. Pretty much anything works.
