Search Fixed!

In addition to fixing the search I have reworked it quite a bit. This only applies to the search box at the top of the page. If you use the drop down suggest while typing in your search terms (which I suggest doing), instead of doing a regular search, it will redirect you to that relevant page.
Examples
Searching for 'shoujo' without using the drop down suggest does a regular search for the word 'shoujo' on all manga name, series, and arists and displays the results.
https://www.fakku.net/manga.php?search=shoujo
However if you use the drop down menu to select 'Shoujo Material' it will redirect you to the page for all of the Shoujo Material releases instead of doujing a regular search.
https://www.fakku.net/manga.php?search=Shoujo+Material
Alternatively if you had selected 'Shoujo Material Chapter 1' using the drop down suggest it will redirect you to that view manga page instead of doing a regular search.
https://www.fakku.net/manga.php?search=Shoujo+Material+Chapter+1
This also works for series names, so if you select 'Neon Genesis Evangelion' from the drop down suggest, it will redirect you to that series page.
https://www.fakku.net/manga.php?search=Neon+Genesis+Evangelion
Is this a good change? Thoughts? Suggestions? Feedback?

I think it's a good change.
I use the drop down suggestions alot (when provided) and with these features it'll be faster to get the results I want and prefer^^.

Excellent Jacob and much more convenient. I never use the tool much but based on what you've written down, you seemed to have added a lot more to it. So, surely, it should be something that people appreciate, especially those who use it often.
If I wasn't always in the forums/the IRC, maybe I'd check out the hentai more often and use the tool. Haha, but yeah, overall... it sounds good.

It's awesome, thanks! I like the suggestion part of it, and how it shows a group for manga with more than one part.

As always nice work, but I'm curious what if there is a naming confliction? Have you taken any means to prevent this.
I'm sure the cases are rare, but for example, if you have a series by the same name as a manga...
So to make it clearer, we'll pretend that there is an anime called "Shoujo" however there is also a manga by the lone name of "Shoujo", so when you search Shoujou, will it send you directly to that manga prioritizing that over the series, or have you taken measures in these cases to have it just search the term?
but!!! Anyway it is nice, I always seem to think of the "What if" cases though.

There are restrictions in the database against things being named the exact same as other things. Fortunately your example hasn't happened yet, though I'm sure it will eventually. When it does I'll figure out what to do.

Ah I see, if I were to do it, I would imagine making each series name use a unique key, and each individual manga name unique, but not unique across the both.
but that certainly handles that for now, I suppose if the problem ever arises you can throw a space or number somewhere in the title as it's a really rare occurrence.

Not something radical, but still it's nice that all things not connected to the series are eliminated. Good work :D
