The Forums and IRC

The forums are an awesome place and if you haven't taken the time to register an account and start posting you are really missing out on some good times. In addition, the IRC channel is an excellent outlet to talk with fellow members of the site. Though a lot of our talking consists of joking around and spamming links to cute pictures. First off the User Uploads section is an incredible place to find new content. Here's a quick rundown: CG Sets 638 posts, Flash Games 2,983 posts, Manga and Doujinshi 9,782 posts, Videos 6,573 posts, Visual Novels, Doujin Soft, and Eroge 9,836 posts, Music and Soundtracks 1,107 posts, Torrents 430 posts, Other 992 posts. Basically, a lot of awesome stuff. I have a favorite special interest forum that I'd like to promote. Art and Digital Graphics, a hangout where artists share and discuss their work. This forum has spawned a hentai manga focused on FAKKU, a hentai calendar, and currently an artbook. Who would have thought that perverts could be so talented? Figures, Models, and Toys has a lot of potential, and I am honestly slightly disappointing in the lack of activity So if you have adorable figures of little girls on your desk, go post some pictures of them. And our most popular forums, Random and Incoherent Babbling, have over 200,000 posts combined (if anyone is keeping track, that is in fact over 9,000 posts). Nosebleed, the newest forum and home of image topics that induce nosebleeds, already has over 3,000 posts! Not to mention our forums have seen a marriage, two people fall in love and move across country to live with each other, countless meetups at local conventions, barbecues, and beer runs! I have made countless friends and met incredibly interesting people through this site. It is well worth the effort if you have the time to get involved.

Same here, I even met quite a few when I went to Anime Expo. Those days were fun. Can't wait till next year.

I believe he is speaking of a member that has drifted away from the community a long time ago. I don't know the details but, she met some guy and got married but, I don't think he was a member here.

He was a lurker if I remember correctly. Although, I don't think Fakku had anything to do with their getting together.

Unless I'm thinking of the wrong couple.

Yeah I need to get to a convention sometime and Jonoe true that! I also met alot of people here on Fakku whom I can call my friends same as the ones I play xbox live with. Fakku has also taught me alot about the internets and how things work on the forums because I've never been anywhere else like 4chan for example but of course we aren't as bad as they are.
