Judging by your own results, the most desired tag here is futanari. Something I also personally would like to see more of. Not just to enjoy the content and support the artists, but also to support its presence here in the west. The popularity of futanari and monster girls is presumably in part because they are itches that can't be properly scratched by live-action, so it would be wise for hentai sites to nurture this monopoly.
