How do you get this achievement/trophy? I ve tried spying on them women in the bathroom, when there taking a shower and nothing happens?

You just gotta keep trying, and let the animation keep going for a while. Eventually it will happen on one of the attempts.

The longer you watch the higher chance you have of getting caught
You don't get caught while watching, you have the chance to be caught once you exit the scene

how do you even select the peeping activity? I can only assign girls to a room and interact with them there. There isn't even a bathroom environment to choose from.

It really is a lot of random chance, which really shows in that I never got it in the original JP version, but I got it on the Fakku release. I've had the most luck by just going through all the positions in the sleeping scene as it results in at least spending a lot of time in the scene (which time seems to play some sort of impact on chance) without having to watch the same 30 second animation loop in the showering/bathroom scenes.

When you say its next to her mood when you pick the girl... Do you mean pick her to assign to her room or in the showcase where you can randomly select (or create) a girl and then save her so she will then appear in your choices of who to assign to a room? I have not seen this option yet in the game, but then again, I am possibly not looking for it correctly....

It's when you are choosing which girl to bone "Call a girl", it will show on the little status window if the event is active or not.
