how does the "buying" work

HEy there,
english is second language I am sorry. Now I purchased the game yesterday (about 20 hours ago) and it now shows me as paid and fullfilled. I still ahvent recieved an email were to download the game. Haven't seen a download button in the store. Havent seen it appear in my games library, all i can do i buy it again. What am i doing wrong.
Now i must say i am used to steam buy a game download 10 sec's after. I still haven't heard from the suppport (prolly due to time difference) but this isn't really customer friendly sorry to say. Now if any1 can just tell me this is normal due process and it might take a few days for me to see a download the game button or whatever that would at least calm me a bit. otherwise i might consider refund.

If the transaction was successful you should be able to download it on this page.

If that is not working, you will have to wait for support. You made your post pretty early so I don't think your inquiry has been seen yet, but hang tight. With that said, I've never had an issue with the system myself. Everything I've ever bought has been available basically instantly so I'm surprised you're having this problem.

yeah then it seems to be me. because it says my purchase is complete " paid and fulfilled" and i dont see a download button anywere

Could any1 tell me how long it usually takes them to reply? its been 24 hours and so far i havent heard from them. I even sent an email in case there is some big problem with my account. But i'm at a big lose here.

But i'm at a big lose here.I'm not sure what time zone the staff are on but hang tight as I guess they are pretty busy fixing the bugs we have reported so far. The staff are usually pretty active on the forums as well so if you have sent them a ticket they will see it as soon as they get off their Trello board and log in here.
