This game is basically the pseudo-realistic version of koikatu, but it sorely lacks in customization options. Most clothing items cannot be recoloured, no customization options for genitalia, and the body sliders are somewhat more limiting imo.

Its still probably the best your gonna get out of a modern Illusion title, especially with the whole them now being defunt thing.

To it's credit, at least this one has a more appropriate setting for its core gameplay. You will want mods for this.

A great localized 3D waifu simulator. The mods made this game very versatile for creating even parody characters.

I'm not interested in the "game" part, only the Character Creation and Studio. I'd give it 5 stars, but it needs the Extended + Studio Neo to complete it. Yes... blah, blah, blah... it's expensive. But I'm not a kid who buses tables for a living -- I'm a grown ass adult with money, so who cares. LOL. What are you waiting for? Get it and the extension and start creating!

Great game, I prefer that it only includes relevant mods so I don't get overwhelmed.

This is a fun way to exercise adult themed creativity. Even better, it is a potentially a powerful tool for story telling, depending on how much the user wants to invest their time to practice using the tools provided.

Great character customization but cannot get the VR to work on my Quest 2. All i get is a black screen and an Hour glass.

How to make the game go fullscreen?

For a $60 game, it leaves much more to be desired.

It it simple and easy to spend time on. Minus the bug for a certain animation during the H scene even the DLC won't fix.

You got to create your own girl or you can choose for her to be generated randomly according too your specification. There is achievement system as well which allow you to unlock more accessories/clothing. Definitely worth the price!

Also I recommend for you to buy the extend as well if you want to have your own studio production.

Honey Select is a staple of the online eroge community and you will never be disappointed. Every desire is right there for you to explore. The Character Creator is top notch and gives you full access to every curve and jiggle to your hearts desire.

Lotta different styles and features. Has unlockable features to keep you playing for reasons other than the obvious. Only thing that i find it lacking is being able to "touch" similar to koikatsu party. Also wish you didn't have to buy a whole new game for the "expansion". I'll gladly fork up a few more but not sure if i want to see what's been added for a second game. Only reason I'm giving it 4, if i could expand it 5.

I was firmly in the camp of not paying for porn on the internet, let alone dropping $60 on a game that MIGHT be good and has a little more content behind it's extended edition for an ADDITIONAL $60, but I had some "let's be stupid" money and I have to say I am not that disappointed. I haven't played with any mods (though it looks like several main sites for them are dead), and I feel like I don't need to to enjoy the game. Fully Translated for fellow Gaijin players and perusing concessions of material. Customization without the Gratuitous Sliders most Modded Versions seem to be overbearingly packed with. Decent detail, in-depth bas customization, and plenty of contextual replay-ability.

AS I said the character builder is Amazing. Oddly enough I purchased this to make character models for my DnD Characters lol.

The character builder is cool to play with, but the game itself is lacking. I guess for its time it was good, but now it feels dated for the full price.

It has amazing customization options, but the gameplay is very lackluster. I wish there were more "goals" to get to, or things to unlock at least. Gets repetitive fast.

I enjoyed this game more than I thought I would. There's just enough depth to add replay value, with feeling like too much of a grind.

Being able to create your own characters plays a big part in this, as you can decide what personalities and attributes you love best. With that I was able to create characters with realistic attributes that I enjoyed that were probably more subdued than what others may be looking for.

Great game, and I look forward to trying the DLC!

the customization really is very extensive, and I hear that you can make mods developed for the JP version to work here too.

I couldn't get the VR to work though, but that might just be because I'm a brainlet, or have an old headset, but beware that it isn't as simple as plug-and-play for VR if that's what you want this for.

This is a very good H-scene simulator, with tons of customisation in it. I was very surprised how much customisation was actually in it, you can use the standard characters or go wild and create your own. Also got tons of different outfits so go wild and enjoy yourself an let the creative juices flow.

This game is absolutely great. In addition to the excellent character generator it has a girlfriend simulator-ish aspect to it. So if you’re nice to the girl she’s nice right back. And vice versa. I also got the extend DLC for this game, it too is worth it.

I have bought the game from fakku for a very, very long time. Back then we had to bet that the DLC would come too. But what I find terrible about this game is the VR mode. It could be better. Much better.

doesnt work on the occulus rift. getting sound but a black screen. also it doesnt work with the occulus controllers u need vive controllers. Even the occulus manual says it needs vive controllers the playstation type. only 2 girls to choose from as well. no options to change the clothes or hair colour. for that u need to run it in desktop mode to set it up. No option to save the setup in VR mode either. looked in the occulus manual and it doesnt even have the same launcher screen in there that u actualy get to see. and its layed out diff. cant run the game from the launcher either. clicking start doesnt do anything al u can do is options or exit but thats the only place where u can create the charectors.

The demo had more features and ran on VR. the full version doesnt even come close to what i had in the demo.

In VR mode i get it on my monitor so i can see whats going on but cant control anything. the mouse can change postions but cant start or speed up the action. for that u need vive controllers which i dont think will work on the rift. but even then u need the headset to be able to see whats going on not just a black screen.
Got probs with another IVR game that refuses to work on the rift as well but got that from nutaku. the steam version of it works fine though - the sex parts of it. but honey select isnt on steam only here. for the price i was expecting a lot more to the game but all it is is bang a girl and thats it. no interaction no moving around. the desktop mode has a lot more girls to choose from but not as many as the screenshots suggest.and u can give them diff outfits and choose more ways to create a girl with more personality traits. The VR version is the same as the demo version in what u get. VR Kanojo is far better as at least u have to do things to get the girl to do something and u can touch her and get a reaction form her like telling u ur too close and tells u to sod off if she doesnt like what ur doing lol. Graphics r not that good cause it lookes like she needs shower realy badly as it looks like she has been rolling around a coal bunker cause when she is nude she has what looks like coal dust all over her body especaily on her boobs which r nearly black. no matter what colour i chose for skin it looks like she is really dirty and needs a shower.

This is the base game, a sex simulator and imo the best thing to try if you like sex games, the base game is absolutely complete, you could try it out and see if you like to have more scenes, but I highly recommend you to buy the dlc too, you'll get alot of scenes and rooms extra, plus clothing and many more. 10/10

I found two problems with the game one when you get an achievement it says the achievement in English but red word achievement is not in English and when you pick deep finger bang the bodies get contoured and twisted and the go all over the place I just got this yesterday i really like this but wish there was a fix for them

Hi, just want to say this, great to see you guys release this game in English, although I compared this version of yours with my old cracked Japanese version with English patch, I got to say your version has some serious bugs that my old version didn't, to begin with, girl on top sitting position seeing dick going through girl, many scene shows man is strike through ass where it was supposed to be in pussy, also, compared with the English patch, many girls horny talks was not translated. hope you can fix those

also i gotta say the customization is very very very veyr VERY limmited. i can barely adjust how the characters look, most of it are goofy looking pre sets, i cant change the ass size at all, dick size is hilariously small, the face options are very lack luster, the clothing options are stiupidly limited and basic, $60. im really regretting my purchase unless all of these issues can be fixed with mods.
