Due to Steam's new Adult Only policy, Meltys Quest is now available fully uncensored on Steam without the need to download an outside patch.

This is a great news for the eroge industry! My dream of playing Rance games (without mosaics) via Steam may come true sooner than i thought.

Attempting to censor the R18 content to begin with based on pressure from a vocal minority was pretty retarded especially when there was an established tag for it and there was plenty of it by the time they decided to enforce it. Nobody likes being, or having their stuff censored to keep someone else happy. I was pleasantly surprised by this complete u-turn on that decision in favour of letting people choose to ignore it rather than punish everyone who's interested in it.
Maybe in the near future Nekopara will come fully uncensored without having to buy the R18 patch seperately.
