Well not literally nothing, you've posted a few times now.
Nope, always been this one - you get the numbers next to your name in the profile url removed after a name change, after all.
Only accounts created after a certain date get those odd numbers. Which makes me wonder if they disappear when a newer account has a name change. There's a box with your URL handle in Settings but it's blanked out so we can't change it ourselves.
