I didn't want to bring it up but since you asked, I guess no-one. With Waar gone it means I.B has no dedicated mod. Neither Tegs or Gambler are active so I don't know what mods the forum has anymore. And I don't mean just I.B, the site as a whole. Kisuka I believe is one but I always assume he's busy with maintaining the site.

There was a spambot in Random not long ago and it took give-or-take 2 days after my initial report for someone to delete them, and only after I reported it in the Fakku Discord. So I'm not certain whether the Report post feature even works.
