On that note, the ending of SAO was horribly mediocre. It was watchable, I'll give it that, but the only thing stellar about it is the hype it receives.

Oh, ofc I didn't watch ALO onwards. I tried, but the moment I see goddamn imouto blushing and then fucking fairies... okay. The author simply wanted to throw whatever "hey that'd be cool!" moments he had in a dumpster and then call that dumpster SAO project.

I think that most people just worry about when a show has a lot of ecchi that it takes away from the story and character development and all that good stuff. It is possible to have a ecchi show that still has good story and character development you know

I still put SAO on hold,almost dropped it after finishing ep 12,might be back to catch up the series this week whenever i get time for that.
